Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The pertinent Plaintiff is the spouse of the deceased E (the “the deceased”). As of September 29, 2012, the Plaintiff is currently in-house director of the Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) and Defendant B and C are the births of the deceased.
B. Around September 28, 1993, G, the representative director of the Defendant Company, and the deceased’s other relatives, made an agreement to take over the real estate and equipment of H A and to promote shipbuilding projects by making an investment in the proportion of 50:50 (each 100,000,000 won) around September 28, 1993. G transferred KRW 13,190,000 to F in accordance with the above agreement, and KRW 74,00,000 on October 2, 1993. G transferred some of the investments transferred to F as above to F to F with the account in the name of G, the husband, and KRW 10,000,000, KRW 100,000, KRW 00, KRW 19,000, KRW 1000, KRW 000, KRW 1000, KRW 9,939,95,200, KRW 19,000.
Then, as of June 5, 2001 between G and the Plaintiff, the agreement was made between G and G on June 5, 2001, stating that “The Plaintiff and G shall take over the 25:25 investment route (each of 50,000,000 won) company H and registered as a new business entity and agreed to conduct shipbuilding business.”
3) Defendant Company was established on October 29, 1993. Of 10,000 common shares issued at the time of establishment, F is 2,000 common shares, L (F’s shares).

After this 800 shares, G 200 shares, I, the husband of G, 300 shares, Defendant B, 1,500 shares, and the Plaintiff holding 1,00 shares. 4) Since then, the Defendant Company increased the number of shares issued on three occasions to 20,00 shares on November 22, 1994, 60,00 shares on December 30, 198, and 160,00 shares on December 18, 200, respectively. At the current shareholders' meeting of the Defendant Company, the number of shares issued was increased to 59,20 shares, N 2,40 shares, G 17,60 shares, G 40 shares, and 40,80 shares, and 160 shares and below 20,200 shares on December 30, 1998.
