A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the representative director of D Co., Ltd. for the purpose of real estate trading, etc. from August 30, 2006 to December 31, 2007, who operated the said company.

On June 2006, the Defendant established the said company on August 30, 2006 to verify the fact that Hongcheon-gun E-gun, Hongcheon-do, 471,302 square meters of forest land, and F forest land 113,227 square meters of forest land have come into water, and to purchase the said land in the future of the corporation.

On November 30, 2006, the Defendant purchased the above land in KRW 1120 million and completed the registration of ownership transfer following the following day, and agreed to pay a certain amount of commission according to the sales amount to the above land salespersons through the above salespersons who may know of the circumstance, and attempted to acquire money by deceiving land buyers as if they were to develop the above land into a growing complex and planting lost trees, etc. on the above land, by deceiving them to purchase the above land, and by deceiving them to acquire gains from transfer.

On the road located in Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon-do on January 4, 2007, the Defendant: (a) through the salesperson G, through G, the victim H, I, and J: (b) “The above land is planned to be developed from the D Co., Ltd. to the Gangwon-do Hongcheon-gun in consultation with the Hongcheon-gun Office; (b) is anticipated to transplant landscape trees and lost seedlings at the time of spring in 2007; (c) the purchaser may collect money from his members in excess of the purchase price; and (d) if profits arise from harvest of lost trees, 40% of the profits shall be paid to his members.” (d) On the same day, the victim H and the above forest of the victim I and the above forest of the victim of the victim of the farmland of KRW 30,96.9 square meters in size 2,700,000,000,0000,000 won in terms of the victim J and the above forest of KRW 305,250,00.

1. 9. A sales contract was concluded between the victim H and the 3305.8 square meters of the said forest, respectively, to sell 22.5 million square meters of the said forest.

However, there was no agreement between the above company and the Hongcheon-gun Office, which was operated by the defendant, to develop the forest complex, and the above company.
