Punishment of the crime

The defendant was living together with the victim E (M, 43 years old) of this father-born with a intellectual disability 3 in his/her residence located in Gangwon D, with his/her will to kill the victim, who was unable to communicate and who was unable to communicate with the victim and the victim who was faced with difficult mobility.
