1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

As the cause of the instant claim, the Plaintiff issued to Defendant B a promissory note 1 (hereinafter “instant note”) which is a new bank at the place of payment (hereinafter “instant note”) on the face value 27,500,000, and the date of issuance on Nov. 28, 2013, and the due date on Nov. 28, 2014, and thereafter, Defendant B issued the instant note to Defendant C; Defendant C; Defendant C transferred the instant note to the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff, the IM industry, and the IM industry, the payment was proposed at the place of payment at the due date, but the payment was refused on the ground of non-transaction. The Plaintiff claimed for the payment of the respective note to the EF industry; and the Plaintiff collected the Promissory note from the Plaintiff. Accordingly, the Plaintiff claimed that the Defendants jointly and severally liable to pay the amount to the Plaintiff.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in the statement No. 1-1 and No. 2-2, it can be acknowledged that, in the face of the bill of this case, Shin Young case issued the bill of this case with D as the receiver, Defendant B issued the bill of this case with the business chain operated by Defendant B, Defendant C to the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff to the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff to the IM industry, and the IM industry transferred the bill of this case to the East Seaman Industrial Co., Ltd.

The Defendants asserted that each of the names and seals of the Defendants indicated on the back of the bill of this case was forged by any arbitrae. In a case where the Defendants asserted that the name and seal of the Defendants indicated on the bill of this case was forged, the holder of the bill claiming the performance of the obligation to the bill of this case is authentic.
