1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 75,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 4, 2015 to the date of complete payment.

According to the reasoning of Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3, Eul evidence Nos. 1 through 6 (including branches number), and Eul's witness witness's testimony and the whole pleadings, the plaintiff entered into a lease contract with D as to the right to use waste bags in the "Eetype book" from August 20, 201 to September 17, 201, and the lease period of 30,000, up to September 17, 201, and the above deposit was paid to D; ② the trade name of the funeral of this case changed to the "Fetype book" (hereinafter referred to as the "Setype book of this case"); ② the defendant entered into the lease contract with D 10,000,000,000,000 won for each of the above 20,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won for each of the above G type 3,00,000.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obliged to pay the plaintiff the total amount of KRW 75,00,000,000 among the instant wedding hall, along with G and D, according to preparing a written confirmation of the payment of the deposit.
