A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 7, 2020, from around 20:30 to 21:00, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the Plaintiff’s D taxi on the roads adjacent to Busan Jin-gu, Busan; (b) took advantage of the victim’s D taxi; and (c) took a bath for the payment of taxi charges without complying with the request from the victim; and (d) took a walk for about 30 minutes without getting out of the said taxi.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's taxi operation.

2.
