1. The basis for the request;

A. The Plaintiff owned No. 202 of Sungnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Section 2, and entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant, setting the term of lease from August 27, 2016 to August 26, 2018 as the monthly rent of 300,000 won.

B. After leasing the above building, the Defendant did not pay the rent from the second rent to the first rent from August 2018, 2018, and 6.9 million won in total.

C. On July 16, 2018, the Plaintiff sent a certificate of content to the Defendant and notified the termination of the lease agreement and the delivery of the instant building.

D. The Plaintiff claims to the Defendant for the amount equivalent to KRW 6,90,000, the overdue rent of KRW 54,910, and the unpaid gas fee of KRW 54,910, and the amount equivalent to KRW 300,000 per month from August 26, 2018 to the completion date of the order of surrender of the building.
