Defendants are not guilty. The summary of this judgment is publicly announced.

1. The summary of the facts charged is the representative director of G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”), and Defendant B and Defendant C are the vice-chairperson and the chairperson of G who jointly operated G. A.

On August 29, 2012, in order to be designated as a new wholesale market corporation for H agricultural and fishery products wholesale market, the Defendants in violation of the Commercial Act changed the name of the company I operated by Defendant B to G, changed the representative director of G to Defendant A, and conspired to pay the capital by temporarily borrowing funds from the bond company in order to meet the capital standards necessary for designation as a wholesale market corporation.

On October 4, 2012, the Defendants made an application for new shares to increase the capital of KRW 360,000,000 from J (30,300,200,000 won), K (2 billion won), L (60,000,000 won), M (60,000,000 won), N (10,100,000 won), P (10,10,100,000 won) paid the capital of KRW 360,00,000,000 to KRW 596,00,000,000 to KRW 4.196,000,000,000,000 won, and withdrawn the capital to Q 24,000,000,000 won from Q 3,60,000,000 won to Q 24,000,000 won to Q 3,214,202.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to make payment for shares.

B. On October 5, 2012, the Defendants conspired to enter false information, such as public electronic records, and false information and electronic records, and the facts at the office of the Incheon District Court's Busan District Court's Busan Branch's Branch's registration and office on October 5, 2012 are the fictitious payment of KRW 3 billion out of G's capital, but they submit relevant documents necessary for the change of capital to the registration officer, and request the registration officer to change the total amount of capital amount of KRW 4.196 million, and the total number of issued stocks and shares in the commercial registration electronic data processing system.
