A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On January 12, 2016, the Defendant driven Fpoter cargo under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.185% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver's license from the entrance of the village in which the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant, at around 14:20 on January 12, 2016, to about 479-3 in the same direction.
