1. The defendant shall pay the plaintiff's successor 120,299,162 won and 40,898,076 won among them to the plaintiff's successor.

1. Determination as to the plaintiff's successor's claim

(a) Indication of claims: To be as shown in the reasons for the claims;

(b) Judgment by publication service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);

2. As of the closing date of the pleadings in this case, the Plaintiff did not hold the claim against the Defendant as of the date when the Plaintiff transferred the claim against the Defendant to the Plaintiff’s successor. Therefore, the Plaintiff’s claim is rejected.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim by the plaintiff's successor is justified. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
