A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall trade or smoke marijuana, and no person, other than a person handling narcotics, shall trade, deliver, receive, or administer a psychotropic drug clockopon (hereinafter referred to as "coponon").

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics;

A. On February 14, 2019, the Defendant purchased marijuana with a volume of 50,000 won paid to a person who was injured in his/her name at the street near Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yongsan-gu, and with a volume of 50,000 won (the size of 500 won).

2. The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, etc.

On April 6, 2019, the Defendant provided “D key points” in the members C and the first floor of Ansan-si, Seoul and the Defendant received philophones by providing E with a single philopon containing a philopon (as approximately 0.07g presumption) with a philopon.
