A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Seized evidence 1 through 10 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

The Bosishing organization, which is managed by the nameless total account, is an organization composed of inducements to acquire damage money by means of deception against many unspecified victims by means of fraud, etc., one-person account to receive the damage money, collection books of collecting the check card connected thereto, withdrawals of the damage money deposited into the Grand Account, withdrawals of transfer of the money deposited into the Bosishing organization, and delivery books of the check card between collection and withdrawals.

The Defendant, upon receipt of the instructions from the phishing staff, was responsible for the delivery of physical cards connected to the phishing account to be used for the crime collected by the phishing staff, to deliver them to the phishing account.

On April 25, 2017, at around 19:00 on April 25, 2017, Defendant 1: (a) received two copies of the physical card linked to the new bank account (Account H) and the Saemaul Treasury account (Account Number I) opened from G in the name of Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul at around 19:00 on April 25, 2017; and (b) was established under the name of K in the name of H in the front line of Gyeonggi-si J. on around 21:05 on the same day.
