Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 22, 2013, at around 09:15, the Defendant driven approximately KRW 27 km from the front of the seat of the YY-gun, Goung-gun without the driver’s license to the front of the 4070 km-ro, the outer air of the same Gun.
