Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 15, 2010, the Defendant is a person who violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act by issuing a summary order of KRW 1,000,000 as a fine for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court, and on May 31, 2012, by issuing a fine of KRW 3,00,000 for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court.

On February 7, 2018, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.075% among blood transfusion around 22:40, the Defendant driven a 1 km BSS5 car from the Do preceding the Joseon University Hospital located in the 365 Gu of Gwangju-gu to the 639th Do of Gwangju-ro, East-gu, Gwangju-ro Do to the 639th Do.
