Punishment of the crime

On October 206, 2016, the Defendant was a person driving Bk5 car, and was driving the said car at approximately 4km in the section of about 4 km from the “Scwon Building Underground Parking Lot in the Taejin-gu Seoul Metropolitan City without a driver’s license for a motor vehicle on October 2016 to the road located in the 5km-dong in the Jeon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City without a driver’s license for a motor vehicle.
