Punishment of the crime

At around 23:00 on March 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) while drinking alcohol at “Eju” located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu; (b) demanded a victim F (n, 29 years of age) who was contacted by the Defendant’s daily behaviors and was fright to turn on the fright because he did not go to his mother; (c) but the victim did not respond to the demand; (d) frightped the victim’s face; (d) frighted on the glass cup, which was placed on the table where the victim was seated; and (e) frighted the wall where the victim was seated; (e) frighted the victim’s bright, boomed with the victim’s breable, and frighted the victim’s buck, and (e) frighted the victim who tried to continue to occur, and frighted the victim beyond the victim’s boomed with the table, thereby causing an injury to the right part of water.
