Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:00 on February 4, 2016, the Defendant opened a digital painting attached to the front of the second floor of the Daegu Suwon-gu D No. 2 managed by the Victim C, and entered into the seat after having the two keys open to the front door.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on the building managed by the victim.
