Punishment of the crime

Since 2010, the Defendant was under the influence of 07:40% of alcohol level around July 8, 2016, while under the influence of 0.147% of alcohol level, the Defendant driven approximately 200 meters of alcohol level B rocketing car at the front of the 302nd road in the vicinity of the Gangnam-gu Seodong Gyeongdong apartment.
