A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who has attempted to larceny a structure at night, or to larceny an intrusion upon a structure at night;

A. On April 8, 2016, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) returned home to the victim C within the upper point operated by the victim C in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) went home to run his business; and (c) took a cresh installed at the upper point entrance by using any cresh without any change; and (d) intruded into the victim, and stolen the victim, with 3 sirens, the market price of the victim’s ownership, and her sirens.

B. On April 13, 2016, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) returned home after running the business at a place set forth in paragraph (a); (b) laid down a vinyl tent installed at the upper gate by using any crepans without any cresh; (c) intruded into the crepan; (d) went back to the market price of the victim; (e) carried out one transmission, and seven sirens with the victim’s market price.

On April 27, 2016, at around 00:30 on April 27, 2016, the Defendant, after walking a vinyl tent installed at the upper entrance at a place at a port of entry, sought to steal and commit an excessive act. However, the Defendant attempted to commit an attempted act by escaping from the wind to C with the victim who was diving at the place of erosion.

On May 20, 2016, around 21:00, the Defendant embezzled, as he/she had, the victim E, at a smoking place in front of the building located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring the locks containing the resident registration certificates, etc. lost by the victim E, but returning them to the victim.
