Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is a parking manager in his own business, the victim B (72).

On June 28, 2018, the defendant requested the victim to present parking tickets in the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan City market parking lot, but the defendant did not present his/her right to parking but caused the loss of his/her body and injury that requires treatment for about 42 days, such as the suspension of good attendance, due to both hands, while the defendant was in dispute.
