Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a B low-priced car while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.160% from blood around 03:00 on August 1, 2015; and (b) proceeded at a speed in the direction of a difficult base rock distance from the front of the D in Gwangju City to the intersection in the direction of a difficult base rock distance in advance.

At night, its location is near the intersection, and in such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and he/she has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the traffic situation on the front side.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the victim E(24 years old, south) driving that was under the influence of alcohol and was under the influence of driving a vehicle due to the negligence of neglecting the front city, and was under the influence of the Defendant's front part of the vehicle.

Defendant 2 caused injury to the said E by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, such as fluoral salt, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. Defendant 1 driven a vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 500 meters from the street in the vicinity of the Hyundai Motor Industrial Complex in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, to the front road in D in C, while under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.160% in blood.
