1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 138,360,858 and the interest rate thereon from July 17, 2015 to the date of full payment.

(4) In light of the above legal principles, the Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages on January 30, 2014, and the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants against the Defendants was received on January 29, 2014. However, the Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages as of January 30, 2014, which was the day following the day on which the Plaintiff received the claim against the Defendants, cannot be found to have separately determined the due date. Thus, it is reasonable to view the starting date of delay damages as July 17, 2015, the day following the day on which the copy of the complaint in this case was served on the Defendants. Thus, the Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages is accepted only in the above recognized portion, and the remainder is dismissed) of the applicable provisions of the Civil Procedure Act.
