A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2013, at around 03:40, the Defendant driven a B UD car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 20 meters alcohol concentration of approximately 0.229% in the section of 20 meters, from the front day of the Madrid club located in the Busan Jin-dong, Busan to the front road of the Sodin-dong.
