1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 8, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Since the part claiming damages for delay by 20% per annum among the Plaintiff’s claims for partial dismissal was amended by Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, the statutory interest rate applied after October 1, 2015 was changed to 15% per annum, the said changed statutory interest rate is limited to the said changed statutory interest rate.
