Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 23, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won by the Incheon District Court as a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

Although the Defendant violated the provision prohibiting driving under the influence of alcohol, at around 00:30 on May 6, 2020, the Defendant driven Denz E220d motor vehicles at approximately 100 meters from the Sindo-dong from Sinsi-si to the front roads located in Singu-si B, Sinung-si, with a alcohol content of 0.138%.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
