3. The Plaintiff seeking payment of damages for delay from October 16, 2019 for the agreed amount of KRW 400 million. Since the Defendant is liable for delay from the time of receiving the request for performance, the part claiming damages for delay from October 16, 2019 to September 26, 2020, which is the delivery date of the copy of the complaint of this case, is dismissed.
