Examining the record in accordance with the relevant legal principles, the lower court is justifiable to have determined that the Plaintiff violated the duty of good faith, the duty of confidentiality, and the duty of maintenance of dignity under the State Public Officials Act by taking advantage of the following reasons as stated in its reasoning: (a) the Plaintiff’s leakage of divers,

In doing so, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the procedures for the return of convicts and documentary evidence.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
