1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 300,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 18% per annum from June 1, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

The Defendant of a contract for the lease of real estate (hereinafter referred to as “leased”) and the support electrical construction (hereinafter referred to as “person scheduled to purchase”) of the Plaintiff’s representative director D (hereinafter referred to as “Lessee”) enter into a contract on the lease of real estate on June 15, 2016, as follows.

Article 3 (Delivery of Lease Objects) (2) A lessor shall leave the existing lessee (including the present occupant; hereinafter referred to as "existing lessee") of the leased object, and shall restore the leased object to its original state (such as removal of walls) on August 1, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "the scheduled date for delivery") to the lessee.

Provided, That where the lessor requests in writing the extension of the scheduled date of delivery 30 days prior to the scheduled date of delivery, the lessor and the lessee may extend the scheduled date of delivery by mutual agreement.

Article 5 (Deposit for Lease and Monthly Rent) (1) Deposit for lease shall be KRW 1,500,000,000 ( KRW 1,500,000), and the monthly rent shall be KRW 7,000,000 (excluding KRW 7,00,000).

(2) Time and method of payment of lease deposit is as follows.

Provided, That the value-added tax on the deemed rent for lease deposit shall be borne by the lessor.

(3) The KRW 300,000,000, e.g., 300,000 e.g., 300,000 e.g., e., 300,000 e.g., e., e., 300,000) shall be paid within seven days from the date of conclusion of this contract, on condition that a deposit pledge for down payment and intermediate payment

The balance (80%) shall be paid at the beginning of the lease of KRW 1,200,000,000,000.

Provided, That it shall be subject to the provision of documents for the establishment of chonsegwon under Article 6 (2) and the removal and correction of illegal buildings under Article 3 (1).

(7) The lessee shall deposit the deposit and monthly rent at the designated account of the lessor as follows:
