1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 300,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 18% per annum from June 1, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Defendant of a contract for the lease of real estate (hereinafter referred to as “leased”) and the support electrical construction (hereinafter referred to as “person scheduled to purchase”) of the Plaintiff’s representative director D (hereinafter referred to as “Lessee”) enter into a contract on the lease of real estate on June 15, 2016, as follows.
