Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 3.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.172% of blood alcohol concentration at around 09:00, the Defendant driven a vehicle of 2 km-purd from the Hong River-gu in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the intersection of the border highway located in Yangpyeong-dong 3, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government.
