A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving B taxi.

On January 23, 2014, the Defendant driven the above taxi on January 23, 2014, and proceeded again with the above taxi while driving the road of four lanes of 5-3 south-ro, Namyang Gas, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, Seoul, with four lanes from the Guro to the Kimpo Airport at an insular speed, while trying to stop on the red signal and driving it again.

Ultimately, even if the Defendant suffered injury, such as a dysium, etc., for about six weeks of medical treatment due to occupational negligence, the Defendant immediately stopped and escaped without taking measures, such as providing relief to the victim.
