A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 22, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months and two years of suspension of execution for fraud in Gyeyang Branch of the Suwon District Court for the same year.

5. 30. The person for whom the judgment has become final and conclusive.

Nevertheless, on December 6, 2013, the Defendant: “E” located on the off-to-door seller in the Gu D and 2nd floor during the Ansan-si, the Defendant supplied cosmetics at a discounted price of 50%, and paid KRW 500,000 won each time he/she recruits two other door-to-door salesmen. To become a door-to-door seller, he/she must purchase cosmetics equivalent to KRW 1.5 million per person. To become a door-to-door seller, he/she must purchase cosmetics in an amount of KRW 1.5 million per person; and he/she sold the cosmetics of KRW 1,50,000 from November 25, 2013 to February 24, 2014, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, and performed an act with the obligation of door-to-door seller to purchase goods equivalent to KRW 676,50,000 from 295.
