A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On July 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received Metepopopon, a drug of a psychotropic spirit, and (b) received 50,000 won and 0.5g gramopon from the neighboring route D, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Seoul-do, around 11:30 on July 29, 2018.

2. On August 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the Defendant was running a mixed business with the Victim F (F) in a singing box in Ulsan-gu around Ulsan-gu; and (b) thought that the Defendant was able to rape the victim after he administered the rophone purchased, such as paragraph (1), with the victim’s license.

A. At around 04:15 on the same day, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol with F at the studio No. 5 of the said singing-up, added approximately 0.13 grams to the beer’s beer’s beer’s beer’s beer’s beer’s beer’s beer’s beer’s beer’s beer’s beer’s beer’s beer’s beer’s beer’s beer’s beer’s beer’s beer’s beer’s beer’s bet.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones to F.

B. The Defendant: (a) the date and time set forth in the preceding paragraph; (b) the victim, who administered a scopon at a place, such as the time and time as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, did not properly move his body; (c) was placed in an unscopic state of resistance; (d) was placed on the part of the victim; and (d) was tried to take the victim’s body on the part of the victim; and (e) was placed in the part of the victim’s body; and (e) was forced to have sexual intercourse with the victim’s body on the part of the victim; (d) the victim was tightly fright at one time to the victim’s face on the part of the victim; (e) the victim attempted to prevent escape by putting the victim’s hand outside of the said place on the part of the victim; and (e) the victim was inflicted an attempted victim by getting out of the said place, thereby resulting in the victim’s bodily injury, such as humcon that requires treatment between about 14 days.

3. On September 10, 2018, the Defendant was parked in a street near the farm located in Ulsan-gun G, Ulsan-gun around 15:35 on September 10, 2018.
