Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2, 2016, the Defendant: “The real estate located in Ansan-si, Sinsan-si, that a foreigner lives in the next house shall close the rear door” in the “real estate” used by the Defendant: (a) was reported and demanded by the police officer E who belongs to the police box of the Ansan-gu, Police Station D, which was called out, to return home from the police officer E who was called out after receiving the 112 report; (b) did not get out of the front of the patrol car; (c) did not get out of the burner, cut off and sound from the shoulder, cut off the shoulder, and sound from the shoulder on his hand on one hand; and (d) assaulted the said E’s chest on one hand, with the upper part of the patrol car, and drawn up the shoulder in two hands.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning 112 reporting handling duties.
