Punishment of the crime

[Attachment] Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

1. On January 1, 2015, the Defendant deposited KRW 400,000 from the Defendant’s convenience store near the Defendant’s house located in Hanam-si, to the bank account in the name of E, and purchased phiphones by receiving approximately KRW 1g of philophone, which is a handphone, sent by E through express buses from the Dong, Seoul-gu, Seoul-si, Seoul-si, around the same day.

2. On the same day as the above 1.C., the Defendant, at the home toilet of the above Defendant, administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05 ghon in a single-use philophones and melting water into the blood cell.

3. On January 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 400,000 in cash prior to the cash withdrawal in one bank in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul; and (b) sold opphones to G by selling approximately 0.5g of opphones.

4. On January 26, 2015, the Defendant paid KRW 400,000 in cash to E at the front of the I Hospital located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and purchased a penphone by taking approximately KRW 1g of philophones contained in plastic bags.

5. On January 26, 2015, the Defendant, at K hotel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J, put about 0.5 gopon to G free of charge, put about 0.5 gopon into a single-use injection instrument with G, and 0.07 gopon into a single-use injection instrument, and melted with water in his/her arms.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted philophones and administered philophones in collusion with G.

6. On January 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.03 glopon into a single-use injection machine with M, N, andO at the house of 203 M in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul; and (b) injected Ma, N, andO, in collusion with M, N, andO, by melting them into a water in a single-use injection terminal; and (c) injected oponon.

7. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the Gangnam-gu High Speed Bus Terminal, Seocho-gu, Seoul, via an express bus at the Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
