Description of Claim

On April 2, 2012, the Plaintiff leased C Apartment 1, 201, 201, from the Defendant, to June 29, 2012, the deposit amount of KRW 70 million, and the period from June 29, 2012 to June 29, 2014. The Plaintiff paid the full deposit to the Defendant around that time.

On September 3, 2016, after the termination of lease, the Plaintiff delivered the instant apartment to the Defendant, and received a return from the Defendant of KRW 20 million out of the deposit.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 50 million won the unpaid deposit due to the termination of the lease contract.
