Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine of two million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. From October 23, 2013 to November 23:40, 2013, Defendant A performed the act of arranging sexual traffic, etc. by having sexual buyers who found the place of sexual intercourse with the female employed as above, while serving as the head of the operating office in the “D”, which is a commercial sex business establishment of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, as the commercial sex business establishment, and managing E, B, etc. employed therein, etc., and receiving KRW 130,000 won from the male buyers who found the place of sexual intercourse once.

2. Defendant B, from October 23, 2013 to November 23:40 of the same year, the Defendant engaged in sexual intercourse by receiving 1.30,000 won each in return for the payment of sexual intercourse from male customers who found out the above officetels 419 on several occasions from around November 23, 2013.
