1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 118,527,651 and KRW 59,940,000 among them.
Reasons
In light of the purport of the entire argument in the statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 7, it is recognized that the facts as to the cause of the claim (However, the "creditor" is changed to "the plaintiff," and the "debtor" is changed to "the defendant."
Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 118,527,651 won as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 17% per annum from November 10, 2015 to the date of full payment.
For this reason, all of the plaintiff's claims are accepted.
