A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 3, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of assault at the Daegu District Court on July 31, 2018, and the enforcement of the said sentence was terminated on July 31, 2018. On March 28, 2019, the Daegu District Court sentenced six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of interference with business, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 29, 2019.

The Defendant had been able to report 112 by the stud tenants due to frequent fluoring of disturbance by residing in the B building C in Gyeongsan-si, and fluoring sound under the influence of alcohol.

1. Intimidation;

A.
