Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a dump truck driver.

On July 11, 2016, at around 05:15, the Defendant driven a dump truck and proceeded two lanes in front of the E-sports hall located in Incheon Dong-gu, Incheon, along the two-lanes from the 119 Safety Centerside to the bump of a white hospital.

At all times, there was a vehicle signal apparatus and a stop line at the front, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by returning the front door to a person engaged in driving of the motor vehicle, and driving the motor vehicle safely in accordance with the new code.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and received the right side part of the dump truck’s G bus, which is proceeding to the right side from the left side of the yellow-off signals, without temporarily suspending the dump truck immediately before the stop, even though the electric-off signal was a red light, and without temporarily suspending it in the front.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from the victim H(59 years old) who was on board the bus due to such occupational negligence on the part of the Defendant: (a) injury to the victim I (27 years old); (b) injury to the left-hand chilling hole that requires approximately 6 weeks of treatment; (c) injury to the victim J (51 years old); (d) injury to the 2nd cream of cage cage cage cage cage cages (63 years old); (d) injury to the victim K (43 years old); (e) injury to the cage cage cages, etc. that requires approximately 2 weeks of treatment; (e) injury to the victim MN (48 years old); (e) injury to the cage cage cage cage cages, etc. that requires approximately 2 weeks of treatment; and (e) injury to the victim N2(58 years old-old cage cage cage cage 26 weeks of treatment.
