A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

However, on April 20, 2011, the written indictment was written “F. 20,” but the date of entering into a contract is “F. 20, 201” (Evidence No. 151, No. 318, Apr. 20, 201), so the acquisition of the printing right is also corrected ex officio to the extent that the Defendant’s exercise of the Defendant’s right to defense is not substantially disadvantaged.
