1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won;

피고인은 2014. 8. 7. 18:00경 논산시 C에 있는 피해자 D이 운영하는 ‘E’ 여관 앞 주차장에서 노상방뇨를 하였다는 문제로 피해자와 말다툼을 하던 중 피해자의 일행인 F, 근처 미용실 운영자인 G을 비롯하여 그곳을 지나가는 성명을 알 수 없는 사람들이 여러 명 있는 가운데에서 피해자에게 “야 이 씹할 놈아, 너는 오줌 안 싸냐, 씹할 년놈들이 지랄하네, 증거 있어 씹할 놈아, 사진 찍어놨어 개새끼야”라고 큰소리로 말하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
