A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 9, 2016, the Defendant damaged property: (a) around 06:20 on September 9, 2016, the victim C in Gwangju Northern-gu, reported that “D” operated by the victim C, at the entrance of the studio at the studio of the Defendant residing in 1 and the residents living in the vicinity of the studio, brought about a dispute with each other; and (b) the Defendant broken down the market price of KRW 300,000 at the entrance of the studio at the above studio.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property owned by the victim.

2. Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the goods used by public offices.
