Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2017 Highest 1900"
1. At night, around 04:10 on August 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered the door “F” type operated by the victim E in Gumi-si, Gumi-si; (b) opened a cash exchange machine in advance with Raber; and (c) stolen the cash amounting to KRW 8,940,000,000,000, in total, from that time to September 29, 2017, as in the list of crimes (section 6) in the attached Form, the Defendant stolen the cash amounting to KRW 12 times in total.
2. On September 29, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny a structure at night, entered the door through the entrance, which was operated by the victim H of the victim H in Y in Yansan-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on September 29, 2017, and intruded into the door, and subsequently, the Defendant attempted to hold a cash exchange engine with the towing knife, which was prepared in advance, and to steal the cash owned by the victim who was in his/her custody, but did not steal the cash on the wind that does not have any cash exchange.

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;
A. B. On September 11, 2017, around 05:09, the Defendant entered and intruded into a “O” type operated by the victim N in Ma on a wooden-si basis, and then opened a cash exchange engine with a preparatory towing knife in advance and stolen the same with a cash amount of KRW 400,000,000,000, which was owned by the victim.
2. On August 31, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny a structure at night, entered the entrance, with a view to stealing cash from the victim Qu, which was operated by P, at around 05:00, around the time of domination, into the entrance, with a view to stealing cash.
