The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle vehicle B.

On January 10, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.094% during blood transfusion, around 300 meters from the upper corner of the original city level, from the street log in front of the head city level, to the front corner of the same wing volcanic apartment.
