The Plaintiff and B agreed to lose the interest in installments and pay the remaining amount of the loan and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from the date of delinquency to the date of full payment.

B, on March 2015, since it was not repaid a loan, it has lost the benefit of time and installment.

On August 20, 2015, the amount of unpaid payment is KRW 19,013,293.

3. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is justified and acceptable.
