Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person in charge of overall management of facilities, such as construction contracts, at B university management division.

Electrical construction shall be ordered separately from other types of construction works, and information and communications construction works shall be contracted separately from construction works under the Framework Act on the Construction Industry, electrical construction works under the Act, and other construction works.

1. On December 11, 2012, the Defendant entered into a contract with B University Management Division and Office located in Seoul, with the construction company and the construction period as “from December 11, 2012 to May 31, 2013” to “from May 31, 2013,” with the completion date as “2,408,500,000 won” and with the total construction cost as “239,651,000 won” and the construction cost as “127,369,000,000 won, including the construction cost as “the total construction cost” and “the construction cost as “the total construction cost as KRW 367,020,000”.

Accordingly, the defendant ordered electrical construction and telecommunications construction to be contracted separately from other types of construction work without separating it from other construction work.

2. On October 30, 2013, the Defendant entered into a contract with the above B University Management Division and the office of the said B with the “Construction Company and the said Government Remodeling Corporation” as “from October 30, 2013 to March 30, 2016,” and the scheduled completion date as “38,957,050,000 won” and the total construction cost as “3,406,768,000 won including the total construction cost and the construction cost as “86,940,000 won” and the total construction cost as “3,406,768,000 won” and “3,406,768,000 won.”

Accordingly, the defendant ordered electrical construction and telecommunications construction to be contracted separately from other types of construction work without separating it from other construction work.
