Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the former relationship with E and the victim F is the current relationship with E and the victim F is the relationship with E and the defendant A and the victim F were the relatives who had been friendly prior to the occurrence of the case.

Defendant

A due to the long time after hedging with his former year E, the victim F was able to bruptly respond to the beginning of the educational system with the outside of the instant case, and the victim F was accompanied by Defendant B, C, D, and four persons to find it to the place where the victim was located.

At around 02:50 on January 13, 2019, the Defendants discovered the victim F (25 years of age and women) who are eating at GH cafeteria at the original city, and Defendant A used the victim’s head by hand.

Afterwards, Defendant C, in a room in which there are a number of gamblings in the above place, was assaulted by Defendant D and the victim at one time at the victim’s left end.

Since then, Defendant A committed violence at the time of the victim’s head by hand on one occasion in the conversation with a majority of the above places of room, and the victim was aware of his second assault by Defendant A, and the victim was assaulted at the time of three times in the victim’s head by using the indoorization in which Defendant B was on the floor of this case, by taking advantage of the indoorization in which Defendant B was on the floor.

Defendant B continues to walk the victim in a room in which there are many rooms in the above place. Defendant A and Defendant A are able to walk the victim, and again, Defendant B and Defendant A are able to have an assault against the second Defendants as the victim occurred after the she was able to take the head from the arro, and the victim again was at the price of the head from the arro.
