Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle at C low-speed.

Around 12:20 on May 7, 201, the Defendant driven the said car, and made a first-lane road in front of the white village located in the white village under the documents in the west-gun in the Jeonan-myeon-gun, North Korea to turn to the left at an uneasible speed from the side of the vice-Eup.
