A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 21, 2007, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Central District Court on February 21, 2007, and on May 1, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 7 million by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

On February 2, 2014, at around 12:30, the Defendant driven B rocketing car while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.159% without obtaining a driving license, at the five-meter section of the name of restaurant, “verted vertebral sugar” in the Jeoncheon-si Municipal Ordinance-dong.
