Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to manufacture, sell, or import broadcasting and communications equipment, or equipment which obstructs electromagnetic waves, or is affected by electronic waves (hereinafter referred to as "broadcasting and communications equipment, etc.") shall obtain certification of conformity, registration of conformity, or provisional certification (hereinafter referred to as "conformity assessment") in accordance with the standards for conformity assessment from the relevant equipment;

Nevertheless, the Defendant registered his suitability on February 2013 and manufactured it.

Around May 2016, 201, 200 U.S. FC-200, 200 million won per manufacturing price(20,000 won per manufacturing price) was added to a specific small-powered radio equipment (radio data communication system radio equipment) which requires conformity certification at the above corporation B office, but was manufactured without additional conformity certification, and sold 20 U.S. (30,000 won per unit, 6,000 won per unit, and 300,000 won per unit) at a sound device sales store.

Accordingly, the Defendant sold and manufactured equipment that did not undergo conformity assessment.

2. Defendant B Co., Ltd. manufactured and sold ample-, ample-, ample-, ample-, ample-, and ample-, which is the representative of the Defendant, at the time and place described in the above paragraph 1.
